It depends on drug development, formulations, pH of the drug, stability of the drug and easily swallowing purpose.
The sprinkle formulation is be to immediate release tablet formulation & therefore may be substitued as a therapeutic equivalent.
sprinkle capusles contain topiramate coated beads in a hard gelatin capsule. The inactive ingredients are sugar spheres, povidone, cellulose acetate, gelatin, silionedioxide etc.
