Dear Phani,

kindly refer to US FDA guidelines on general BA BE guidelines, it cleary mentions that there should be 3-4 time points during the absorption phase, 3-4-5 around the Cmax value and 3-4 during the elimination phase... the details regarding the Cmax and other PK parameters can be searched online.
