Montelukast BE [Design Issues]

Dear All,

I would like to know if someone has performed bioequivalence studies with montelukast (5mg - chew tablet). May I consider this drug as a highly variable drug?

According to Okumu A et al (Pharm Res 2008) this drug presents low solubility and permeability (BCS - Class IV).
