hi to all,

❝ we have one project for iodine solution skin irritation test in human, in that positive control is 20% Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) taken as standard, we did practically in laboratory by using 20% SLS but we don't get irritation

i get some positive control substance which can used in skin irritation test...
20% Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (99% purity), 20% Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate, 0.1 to 0.5 1-chloro, 2,4 dinitrobenzene (DNCB), now my one problem is solved but for protocol design of skin irritation test i follow "Guidance for Industry Skin Irritation and Sensitization Testing of Generic Transdermal Drug products" but this is for the patches but our test product is in solution form, can i follow this guidelines or any other guidelines for solution to test skin irritation.

Regards,
Santosh A.

Edit: Guidance linked. Doesn't the document 'speak' of 'e.g., sodium lauryl sulfate'? [Helmut]
