Skin irritation test [Design Issues]

Hi to all,
we have one project for iodine solution skin irritation test in human, in that positive control is 20% Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) taken as standard, we did practically in laboratory by using 20% SLS but we don't get irritation, so if you know other positive control substance in skin irritation test please suggest me..
