How to Define Sampling Interval [Design Issues]

❝ Hello I'm a beginner in BE and I can't seem to find sources of information on how to determine the sampling interval for each drug.

Even though a Chilean Guideline says you need to take enough samples to draw an accurate curve, it doesn't say how to determine it. The common calculation is 15 samples, 5 on each phase of the curve (ascending, peak, descending).
For practical purposes this would be enough; but do we have a parameter to calculate this? How do we know the minimmum number to get an accurate curve?
