Dosing of dispersible tablet [Design Issues]

Hai,
I will be very thankful :-D if any one share their views from experience in dosing of dispersible tablet?
Can we divide the liquid for administration in to two portions or can we split it into three volumes i.e
  1. volume for dispersion,
  2. for rinsing the dosing glass, and
  3. volume for drink.
Which method will be more appropriate?

And on what basis we can decide the volume of water for each step?
