Dear shri!

❝ i am sorry for asking the such primary question ...

Quoting the Policy:

'We expect a basic knowledge on BE/BA or related fields and the willingness to begin first with the Search function for similar problems.'

❝ ... but i want to know about stady state.

What do yo want to known about steady state?

❝ which state is said to be steady state?

Come on! Google gives 60,000+ hits!
Please search the forum for David Bourne's PKPD resources.

❝ how to iterpreate that one?

In which way? BTW, please see here (two typos in one word are heavy stuff).

❝ please explain breafly.

If linear PK applies: AUC0-tau in steady state equals AUC0-inf after a single dose ('Superposition Principle').

Regards,
Hermann
