Can any one please provide Pharmacokinetic details of Trientine Hydrochloride capsules 250
mg, based on your experience as there is no Pharmacokinetic details available in the
literature of this molecule. Literature says "Data on the pharmacokinetics of trientine
hydrochloride are not available" and the USFDA guidance suggests us to carry out a
fasting study .
