Usually single dose Quetiapine Bioequivalence studies are done in normal healthy subjects, but multiple dose bioequivalence studies are done in schizophrenic patients. Quetiapine is having less side effects when compared to clozapine then why BE studies of Quetiapine are conducting in patients?
