BE study for blood loss of more than 550 ml [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear Mr Santosh,
It is unethical to draw blood volume of around 550 ml with a washout of only 07 days. Indian Regulatory will not accept such huge blood loss within a short period and Ethics Committee will surely raise objection against the blood loss. Try to reduce the total number of sampling points and volume of each blood sample to a minimum amount to avoid this.
