Dear All,
In the SOP, we use capture the 'History of revision'/'Version change history', in-general. Since, the SOP was crossed many revisions, shall we make a plan/system, that only the three latest revisions will be made available in the 'History of revision'/'Version change history' section, or we need to give all the version change history in that.
And if the complete version history change is suppose to give in the SOP means, kindly provide me the documentary evidence (any GLP document stating the same) for the same, if possible.
