StudySize 2.0.1 comes for USD 129.–
A fraction of a subject is not an uncommon result; StudySize always gives the calculated sample size according to alpha, T/R, acceptance range, and target power and leaves the up-rounding to the user.
I have it, but I’m afraid that I can't check it right now (the Munich conference is approaching …).
