US FDA-Cmin in Bioequivalence criteria [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear Mr. Hitesh,

As per my knowledge, Cmin is not required for the establishment of bioequivalence in USFDA submission. Bioequivalence limits will be applied to only AUCtau and Cmax.
