Does an online clearinghouse exist that lists the chemical names of generic drugs being manufactured in the "developing world" for which Certificates of Bioequivalency have been issued?
Richmond Labs of Argentina has a list of about twelve generic drugs on their website which have had a certificate issued.

There must be a zillion drug manufacturers that have been licensed to do business - most located in the developing world. It would be an impossible task for one individual to attempt to collect this information on their own.
As there is no legal requirement in most countries in the world to incur the expense involved in determining a generic medicines bioquivalency to its brand name counterpart, the decision (and cost) falls on each manufacturer.
Being the cost-effective gold standard in the practice of medicine, "certified" generics are what physicians are clamoring for - as this forum is keenly aware.
If such a clearinghouse exists, the posting of its website would be of great value and interest.
