Hi KR,

❝ Yes, we have a data of concentrations at sampling time point 12 hrs. and

❝ 24 hrs.

If you have a 24 h experimental value, what is the idea behind calculating a modelised AUC₂₄, rather than calculating the experimental, truncated AUC₂₄ ?
