Dear Govarhan!

I agree with Krish’s post; according to Canada’s guideline (based on ICH-GCP, Section 8.3.25) records documenting this process should be kept both at the CRO and with the sponsor for ≥25 years (for the definition of the starting date see page 10, third paragraph).
