Hi Helmut,
I was always wondering: why the limit is ≤0.0001? Not simple <0? Or maybe ≤0.01?
❝ The default automatic algorithm in Phoenix WinNonlin (and most other software I know) is starting with the last three concentrations and maximizing \(\small{R_\textrm{adj}^2}\) until the improvement by adding data is ≤0.0001.
I was always wondering: why the limit is ≤0.0001? Not simple <0? Or maybe ≤0.01?
