Dear All,
In FDA form 1572, Expiration Date was mentioned as February 28, 2019. I searched for any new form 1572 but i didn't get. please guide me can we use the same Form 1572 (Form Approved: OMB No. 0910-0014; Expiration Date: February 28, 2019) or other any new form 1572 updated.
