Power and Bioequivalence [Regulatives / Guidelines]
Dear All,
In a crossover BA/BE study if my 90%CI for ln-transformed data lies within 80 to 125% but power is less than 80% then
. can I claim product to be bioequivalent.
. Is power analysis proves that number of volunteer in the study are not enough to get an accurate result, therefore one cannot claim product to be bioequivalent.
Kindly reply
Regads,
