Hi Boys and girls,

Question... Can someone tell me why for Colestyramine powder, with and without acid pretreatment are required for in-vitro equilibrium binding study but only without acid pretreatment is required for in-vitro kinetic binding study?

I know that kinetic binding study is really a supportive study for the equilibrium study but shouldn't it be subjected to both acid no acid conditions as well?

Thanks
John
