Co-investigators in place of Medical Investigator [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear all,

since BE/BA Studies are conducted at single site is it okay with the regulations to include all the physicians (say 3 or 4) who are part of the study as Co-Investigators in place of Medical Investigator, with Form 1572 signed by the Principal Investigator and the tasks are delegated to the physicians. If yes can all the Co-investigators names and contact numbers be included in the ICF.
