❝ i have a doubt regarding Buprenorphine Transdermal System 20 mcg BA&BE study for orthostatic vitals is necessary for this drug. please guide me. :confused:


Like other opioids, SUBOXONE (buprenorphine HCl and naloxone HCl dihydrate sublingual tablets) and SUBUTEX (buprenorphine HCl sublingual tablets) may produce orthostatic hypotension in ambulatory patients. This is mentioned in the FDA label.
So orthoststic vitals are necessary.
