IMHO, it will not be possible to use the same protocol for the entire region. Likely you have to use each country’s reference product.

The MENA-region consists (depending on the definition) of 18+ countries.



For some of them (Saudia Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Israel, Turkey) you find links at the Guideline-collection. Since my knowledge of עברית חדשה , العربية, and Türkçe = zero I don’t know whether this collection is complete and/or up-to-date. AFAIK, there is no common “MENA-guideline” (like the one for ASEAN-states).
