Destruction of IPs [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear Shravan:

Get the approval from your sponsor to destroy the IPs at your end or to send them back to sponsor [if they will be doing it from their side].

Secondly, you should have an SOP to destroy the IPs after the expiry period or it can be in-build in the protocol.

Contact the approved biowaste vendor where the IPs will be destroyed and observe that the destruction is done and a certificate of destruction is handed over to you.

Apart from this, you can directly out-source to companies which can do on your behalf, but again there has to be an agreement, vendor audit performed etc and things like that :confused:
