Can Pitman Morgan test given in "DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF BIOAVAILABILITY BIOEQUIVALENCE STUDIES Second Edition, Revised and Expanded, Shein-Chung Chow Jen-pei Liu" be applied for two treatment, four period replicate crossover design?
