Inadequate Concentrations [Study As­sess­ment]

Dear All

Please help me in this regard.

In subject sample analysis of a project only one measurable concentration was observed in two subjects. Shall we include the subjects in PK& Statistical Analysis? If no please provide me a guidline reference.
