I don't think going forward with the same formulation is a good idea.
Apart from what Helmut and Detlew said, you can try bootstrap data set with sample size of 28 and repeat about 10000 times to get a sense of your data (ratio, ISCV etc) and also try to bootstrap larger sample size as estimated by Helmut/Detlew to see your chance of success.
❝ Secondly, as per our formulation experts team, they mentioned that as T/R ratio is quite well near 110% for both parameters, the reformulation might not be required in this case.
