Thanks but will the same work for Non compartmental model also? And if you are so worried about including the time of distribution then the postulate of instantaneous distribution is violated for using Non compartment model.


And if u are assuming instantaneous distribution then one must take all time points after completion of infusion to avoid bias created by statistics of R2

And I knew that distribution will come into play and hence I have mentioned slow infusion.
