@Helmut:

❝ I strongly suggest to study one of the basic textbooks on pharmacokinetics – otherwise it will be very difficult for you to design and evaluate BA/BE-studies.

❝ I’m not always in the mood to answer ‘neophytes’.

❝ If you want a quick solution I recommend David Bourne’s A First Course in Pharmacokinetics and Biopharmaceutics.
