Not quite. M$-Excel, OpenOffice-Calc:
LN(EXP(1))       natural (Napierian)
LOG10(10^1))     decadic
LOG(10^1))       no base given, fallback to decadic
LOG(10^1,10))    base 10, same as LOG10()
LOG(2^1,2)       base 2 (logarithmus dualis)
LOG(PI()^1,PI()) crazy, but working
