❝ So my question would be, why cant we get (calculate) s²_wT from the partial replicate design? We obviously get s²_wR and dont we also get s²_w ? So then from the equation marked in yellow in the first picture, we can get s²_wT by: (2* s²_w - s²_wR)? Or am I missing something here?
