Dear All,

I want to know how to calculate N1,N2,N3 and df in partial replicate design (2x3x3) with missing values? I mean lets assume that we have 33 subjects, for Cmax for example, I have 3 subjects that has missing values in 1 periods (n1) and I got another 1 subject with missing value in 2 periods (n2) and for n3, i got all the values

1) Then, how can i calculate the n1,n2,n3 and df that I will use to calculate upper and lower 90% CI?

Thanks.
