CI calculation in full replicate design [RSABE / ABEL]

Hi Ken,

❝ May I know how to calculate the 90% Confidence Interval (CI) for AUC and Cmax in a fully replicate design of 2x2x4 for highly variable drug ? We follow the progesterone method proposed by FDA and calculate to the last step of point estimate. However, we are not sure how to calculate the 90% CI.


I tried the code and it worked(sample data). Did you check Helmut's post about the FDA progesterone guidance pdf having missing SAS codes(due to the font color or something)?
