Dear All,

May I know how to calculate the 90% Confidence Interval (CI) for AUC and Cmax in a fully replicate design of 2x2x4 for highly variable drug ?

We follow the progesterone method proposed by FDA and calculate to the last step of point estimate. However, we are not sure how to calculate the 90% CI.

Your input is highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Regards,
Ken
