Dear All

We have revised our SOP on SOP, according to the new SOP all the other SOPs shall be revised according to new template proposed.

As the facility is running studies regularly we are unable to fininsh the revision of all the SOPs and they are still pending.

Whether the combination of SOPs in the old template and new template will have a query in the audit?

I doubt if we revise the SOPs in the middle of a studies, the changes in the formats and SOP may leads to confusion in the documentation and procedures.


Please suggest me how to address the above issue.
