Dear Yung-jin,

That's kind of incorrect.

❝ Vss/F = (dose_po x AUMC_0-infinity) / AUC²_0-infinity.

This equation was derived from the original one (please see equation (7) in my previous post) using assumption which is hold only for bolus:
MRT = AUMC_0-infinity/AUC_0-infinity

❝ Again we can also re-arrange Vss = (F x Dose/AUC_0-infinity)x MRT as Vss/F = (Dose/AUC_0-infinity)x MRT = Cl x MRT.

That's right, and now please see equation (8) from my previous post.
