Since you ask I'd say this line is not informative; Seq will always have a zero (well, effectively zero) SS with type III when you are using R and drop1. SAS gives you another value for reasons explained above. So as you ask, I'd suggest to either remove the line completely or to prepare a type III SS for Seq the way SAS does. This is not because I endorse the SAS way of looking at things, rather it's just because as it is the anova table entry conveys no information.
