rounding and presentation of data [🇷 for BE/BA]

I have to cut in. ;-)
I would not round at all - and would simply delete the columns of log-transformed values from the output. It's quite unusual to present anything than data in raw-scale. From the headings of descriptive and comparative statistics it's clear enough, that the analysis was done either in raw-scale or log-scale.
When it comes to presenting the PE and CI (in percent), I would use round(x, digits = 2), because this format is exactly what FDA and EMA want to see. :pirate:
