Moreover there is no need to have the lnAUC (or logAUC or how named ever) or other log-transformed PK metrics as separate values because in lm() or lme() the models can be stated as

  mlm <- lm(log(AUC) ~ whatever+effects+you+need, data=your.data.frame)

with only having the AUC values in your.data.frame.
