❝ If you change

   for (i in (nrow(dat)-3):which.max(dat$conc))

❝ to

   for (i in (nrow(dat)-3):(which.max(dat$conc)+1))

❝ then Cmax is excluded.


❝ And you would get the same result as WinNonlin.
