nesting in R? [🇷 for BE/BA]

dear all,

I don't know if I follow your discussion exactly or not. We use ':' to
do nesting in R. For instance

glmData <-lm(Cmax ~ seq + period + treatm + subject:seq, data=KK)

anova(glmData)


Let me know if I don't follow your discussions well. Thank you all.

❝ just did that. Actually, I do not know of the "|" to specify nesting. I used "Subj%in%Seq" etc but still Seq comes out null in a type III anova.
