Hi PharmCat,

❝ Is is possible to make easy performance comparison on my machine?

the code on this page would suffice for the comparison, however I am not going in the direction of estimating denominator DF's and calculating CI's.

I am solely interested in redefining our specification of the covariance matrix so that the model that is being fit contains exactly the variance components we can realistically ask about for a 3-period semireplicated study.

I have reached that goal.
Also, I am writing an optimiser and it works bloody great! Not terribly fast but seems to get there in a very orderly fashion :-)
