Exactly. I still don’t see how we could mimic the FDA’s mixed model for ABE in R.

Heads up. You could be the first succeeding in R. PharmCat produced something in Julia (see there). Duno the state of affairs.

By “we” I’ve meant the community hoping for an open source solution.
Sorry for the huge amount of time you’ve spent on this. s_wR is only needed as a decision point whether to go for RSABE or ABE. Great that we can get it now in R but the evaluation for ABE remains a mystery.
