Hi BE-proff,

valid for all R-packages/libraries:

load(foo) ↵
help(package=foo) ↵
Some help pages additionally contain a link
User guides, package vignettes and other documentation.

foo is the name of the package/library.

If you are completely lost (not sure about the name of a function and in which package it might be contained), type ??bar (where is bar is a placeholder). R will browse through all installed packages (not only the ones you already attached) and come back with a list of links in the browser. Since I have a lot of libraries on my machine, my search ??ANOVA gives 185 hits…
