Download 'bear_x.x.x_R_i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz' (for x86 linux) or 'bear_x.x.x_R_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz' (for x64 linux) first;
Open Terminal and type 'sudo R CMD INSTALL bear_x.x.x_R_i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz' (for x86 linux)
