Dear Yung-jin,

❝ do we use the same dataset?

I’m using bear’s SingleRep_stat_demo.csv (to confirm my numbers see above). I worked with the raw-data and made the log-transformation internally in full precision.
In the dataset lnCmax is given with two decimal figures. If I use those I get R 7.3261, T 7.3900, PE 0.0639.

Seems that there are also some rounding issues in part of the data:
subj drug seq prd Cmax lnCmax round(log(Cmax), 2)
1     1    2   3  1700   7.43   7.44
2     1    1   4  1461   7.28   7.29
3     1    2   3  1790   7.48   7.49
4     2    1   3  1619   7.38   7.39
4     1    1   4  1364   7.21   7.22
6     1    1   4  1746   7.46   7.47
8     1    1   4  1949   7.57   7.58
9     2    2   4  1769   7.47   7.48
10    2    1   3  1493   7.30   7.31
11    1    2   3  1117   7.01   7.02
12    2    1   3  1257   7.13   7.14
13    1    2   3  1245   7.12   7.13
13    2    2   4  1615   7.38   7.39

… leading to R 7.3289, T 7.3918, PE 0.0629.

Most scientists today are devoid of ideas, full of fear, intent on
producing some paltry result so that they can add to the flood
of inane papers that now constitutes “scientific progress”
in many areas.    Paul Feyerabend
