Dear BRN, dear Helmut,

then

help(power.TOST) ⏎ (note the different spelling)

Doing so you will get the man page of the function power.TOST(...), one of the functions contained in the package.
To get an overview of the whole package (all functions exported, all data contained and documented ) you may try

help(package=PowerTOST) ⏎

Moreover there is a PDF manual to be found on CRAN.
