Merhaba BRN,

❝ I downloaded the package for windows however couldn't find the necessary file to install (i.e. a set up file) so I thought it would be an add on and I'd need a special software such as SAS to use it.

PowerTOST isn’t stand-alone software, but a package for the statistical software . First you have to install , and then – from within a running session – PowerTOST (see this post). There’s a lot of docu­mentation available. In type

library(PowerTOST) ⏎

then

help(power.TOST) ⏎ (note the different spelling)
