Even if from a statistical point of view a second group on the same day would not make any differences I strongly suggest not to dose two subject groups on different times of the (same or another) day:

- pre-dose hospitalization period will be different (fasting period)
- metabolic activity of the subjects will be different
- diurnal rhythm?
